All time ranking breakdown
Summation of PCS points divided by result position and again divided by 10. For example, if a rider wins a race of 100 PCS points, he receives 100/1/10 = 10 points in the all time ranking. If a rider finished 3rd and receives 60 points, he gets 60/3/10=2 points in the all time ranking.
